This Web site is managed by GHK Consulting on behalf of the European Commission’s Directorate General for Education and Culture and represents GHK's interpretation of the KSLLL function. The site should not be relied upon as a statement of the European Commission’s views. In entering the site you as a user are accepting these terms and conditions.

Privacy policy
Any information submitted by users of the KSLLL site is protected and held securely. GHK maintains strict security standards to prevent unauthorised access to it. Details such as e-mail addresses are not submitted to any third parties.
The KSLLL site collects two kinds of information from its users: registartion details (for those who wish to contribute to the Compendia of Good Practice) and site usage information (from server log files).
1. Registration information
Users do not have to register to use the KSLLL site, but it is required for those who wish to contribute to the Compendia of Good Practice.
The information collected consists of some or all of:
- name
- e-mail address
- organisation name
This information is stored securely on GHK ’s server and also on back-up tapes to avoid loss of data.
2. Site usage information
Log files allow us to record visitors’ use of the site. This information is generated automatically by GHK ’s Web server and is used to make changes to the layout of the site and to the information in it, based on the way that visitors move around it. Log files do not contain any personal information.

All pages, documents and graphics on the KSLLL web site (with URLs beginning http://www.kslll.net) are copyright. Reproduction is authorised, provided the source is acknowledged, save where otherwise stated. Where prior permission must be obtained for the reproduction or use of textual and multimedia information (sound, images, software, etc.), such permission shall cancel the above-mentioned general permission and shall clearly indicate any restrictions on use.
