- To increase the number of personal computers in schools as follows:
- Primary Education: 1 PC/3 students
- Secondary Education: 1 PC/2 students
- Technical/Vocational Ed.: 1 PC/2 students

All students/approx. 110 000 students/100% of pupils attending State schools.
