Background

The focus of the ICT Group’s Peer Learning Activity (PLA) held from 25 to 27 January 2006 was on the Finnish digital content production and use.

In preparation for the visit each country responded to a questionnaire about the development, distribution and use of digital content.

Description

The programme provided three days of varied inputs on a range of themes and included visits to the Finnish Ministry of Education, Helsinki University, WSOY (a commercial supplier), a media centre, a high school, a library and an open access learning centre.
